In a recent post I stated that spring had arrived in Washington...sadly, I must retract that inaccurate statement. It has snowed a little every day this week, however Sunday morning we awoke to this 'skiff' of snow in the yard. My poor tulips are struggling to bloom.

It's already getting to the 80's here. I would LOVE a "skiff" of something to hold back the stifling summer heat!!
